Commercial & Marketing Director (M/W)


Member of the Executive Committee, the Sales and Marketing Director will work closely to the general manager and will be responsible for the definition of the sales and marketing strategy, for the sales performance, as well as the management of the teams.


Main Missions

Sales Operations & Marketing

  • Analyze the market, competition, risks and business opportunities from different sources of information in France and in all export markets (Middle East / Africa, Maghreb and South America).
  • Supervise the positioning of products and the development of the related business plan, including the pricing strategy.
  • Implement strategies to increase business volume and market share.
  • Be proactive in product development (new genetics/Variety).

Management & Strategy

  • Be the guarantor of the strategy defined with the executive committee.
  • Supervise the work of the French and Export sales teams.
  • Organize and lead sales meetings as well as budget meetings.
  • Support and manage the Marketing team.
  • Develop a network of partners and distributors and offer them a supporting program.



    • Master/Engineer in Agri/Agro and/or Business with significant experience in Agribusiness mainly in plant production sector and ideally in seeds and/or potatoes.
    • Proficiency in international sales tools ideally with a successful experience in export of seeds or sales of fruits and vegetables or primary processed food.
  • Fluent English + a second language (Spanish or German or Dutch), a third language is a plus.
  • Strategic vision /Proactive/ Leadership / Interpersonal Skills.
