The main goal of the DIGITAL REFERENT – EDOCUMENTS mission is to contribute on deployment of document digitalization tools in the CEE & CIS countries. Supporting locally the digital transformation and helping the teams to incorporate paperless flows in a daily business.
He/She assist to BUSINESS APPLICATION & DIGITAL SPECIALST during localization, deployment and support of tools like share&sign, e-archive, approval flows, electronical document exchange with partners etc.
Strives to coordinate and follow status of local tasks. Respects timelines given by the project schedule.
An important role is to adopt, in close cooperation with local teams, usage of e-document tools as a daily routine.
Competent in the area of document digitalization
Coordination and organization capabilities.
Common understanding of business practices.
Experience with digital project appreciated.
Sense to learn quickly new thinks.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
English written and verbal communication skills (to synthesize, speak in front of the team)
Proactive approach, analytical and innovative thinking, reliability.
Location : Pologne, République tchèque, Slovaquie, Roumanie, Bulgarie.
