Processes and Performance Improvement Specialist missions

Serves as a change agent and process facilitator for tactical improvement initiatives

Conducts analysis, documents process, develops and implements effective controls, and optimizes processes to increase operational performance and reduce costs

Utilizes PI principles and tools, including value stream maps, standard work, 6s, visual management, facilitation, and change management skills to support continuous improvement

Prioritizes and manage multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships

Interacts effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives and physicians, to affect change within the organization

Identify and co-create Standard Processes throughout the organization

Analyse system bottlenecks and inefficiencies, seeking solutions – Simulation tool

Promote Lean techniques and process management

Lead process improvement workshops and improvement projects to drive business results across the organization

Partner with all functions to define process capabilities, assess gaps and develop gap closure plans

Plan and facilitate kaizen activities/events across the designated region

Plan, coordinate, and teach Lean tools to employees in the designated region

Create communication and manage process for Continuous Improvement projects for specific site, including producing project updates

Core tasks

Lean Six Sigma integration

Continue with training plan and program inside of organization to ensure proper level on dedicated positions training for levels of Green Belt, Yellow belt, White belt, Lean Six Sigma Awareness and Blue belt (champions training)

Nominate potential candidates to Green belt training and ensure process till certification

Continue develop and deploy standard for Lean Six Sigma project with DMAIC method

Act as mentor for Green belts in their local projects with regular follow up

Preparation of Lean Six Sigma committee with top management

Global situation of integration process

Existing project overview and its status and its benefits

Potential projects definition

Create community of Green belts with regular meetings and connection to Performance – S

Became Soufflet Agro International referent of Lean Six Sigma in Performance – S community

Regular meeting with regional Central team and local management team with agreed agenda and structure

Communicate with relevant parties any deviation from process, quality issues, and service issues, or risk of failure in these areas

Lean Six Sigma strategic project leader

Take a lead of strategic projects of Lean Six Sigma in sphere of:

Seed production

Silo performance

Administrative process performance

Warehouse performance

For all above listed:

Create or complete local industrial or operations performance KPI templates and share information internally, engaging the local team to search for improvement opportunities

Communication structure on site to include daily team briefs and shift handover

Complete agreed internal reporting and communication as required by Department Manager

Continually look to opportunities for improvement

Change management

Act as leadership for sustainable operational excellence culture by applying Continuous Improvement using especially Lean Six Sigma approach

Demonstrate, communicate and promote internally CI activity

Required skills

Ability to utilize data collection/analysis tools & methodologies

Ability to conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical controls

Has knowledge on quality & process improvement methodologies such as lean six sigma

Solid analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills

Has knowledge/experience of Project management tools and methodologies

Has knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or other)

Has knowledge of TMS, WMS, APO systems

Leadership skills – indirect management of teams

Communication and presentation skills – in English

Experience Requirements

Experience in manufacturing or logistics environment implementing cost reductions, continuous improvement/lean in a manufacturing or logistics environment

Experience of project management

Experience with IT/ERP systems is preferred
